Magento 1.9 not sending emails, and other minor bugs

I am not sure but I have a new template on 1.9.X and neither I or customers are getting emails from the shop regarding orders. I also am having login issues, so my admin name is not being save. (probably minor). I am looking for an honest person who know their stuff and is always online and gives good prices. I have many other fixes all the time so looking for someone that wants an ongoing relationship fixing stuff as it happens. Please no silly bids and no Blind bidders who waste people\'s time. No Buzz saws destroying my site either.
