Efforts Tracking System

Design a System which keeps a track of efforts put in by each associate who is part of the particular project which maintains a contribution of each associate while deplolying [login to view URL] information/ details captured by this system will in turn help team head to distribute incentives. Business rules: 1. team head will be selecting the associates who will be working on particular project. once the associates are selected by team head, mail will be sent to every associate along with all details of their assigned project like name of the project, projectID, start date, end Date, taskID, task category, expected_END_Date, taskID is must be generated automatically. There can be various categories ,like DB design, front page design , validation. 2. Each associate of project should be able to access this application. Each associate can fill his/her tasks or efforts for assigned task, number of hours, etc.., put in for particular category while working on that project. 3. Duration of project is one month for every project. So at the end of every day each associate has to make an entry of his/her completed activities. Please note that time& date mentioned of specific activity can’t be modified once entered. Number of days must be updated (reduced) as when associate enters details at the end of the day. 4. Team head can add/ delete associates in project within first 5 days from projects start date. 5. One associate can work only on one project at a time. 6. Team lead can align only 10 associates for a single project. 7. Associates are not allowed to change project after 5th day from the projects start date. 8. Associates can’t avail extension more than 2 days. 9. System must be able to generate following reports:  Summary report showing efforts of individual associate  Summary report showing overall efforts put in by all associates of that project  Day wise summary report showing efforts of individual associate. Scope: Login page for TEAM head with LanId & password: o Select associates for particular project. o Add/ delete associates for particular project o Assign tasks to associates working on project. Reports:  Day wise summary report including all activities for all associates.  Summary report showing efforts of individual associates. Login page for for individual associate with LanID and Password: Add/ delete/ modify activities for assigned tasks. Reports: o Day wise summary report including all activities. o Final report including all activities at the end of the project. Please note that system should generate summary report before 30 days. o Send Final summary report to team head on mail at the end of the project.
