Request for Proposal Property1view (or P1V) is an innovative technology solution that has been created to transform how Real Estate businesses manage their operations and seamlessly interact with their customers and suppliers. Property1view is requesting expressions of interest from Brand Specialists to conduct a review of the Property1view brand, its strategic positioning, look and feel. Items that Propery1view is seeking to address from its Brand Review include; • Identifying the correct message and brand experience that P1V is seeking to convey to each of its target markets (Real Estate Agents, Tenants, Suppliers and Partners (e.g. Tradespeople), Property Owners/investors) • Identify and articulate the P1V brand objectives • Identify the character and personality of the P1V brand • Should P1V be presented to its respective client base as one brand / one product, or as different brands catering to the needs of different stakeholders? On a functional level the brand review should take into account: • Review of brand against competitors • Brand messaging / tag line • Look, feel and presentation of the brand and logo • Website review ([login to view URL]) Depending on the results presented from the Strategic Brand Review, Proeprty1view is open to a new brand, look and feel being created and implemented by the winning bidder. Outcomes Property1view would expect that the following will be included and delivered as part of the Strategic Review outcomes; o Style guide / branding guide o All corporate stationery – letterhead (colour and b&w), business cards, PPT template o Property1view to be presented with masters of all finalized materials and files (logos in .eps / .jpg ; word doc letterheads, print ready business card templates etc. Quote Request Should you be interested in bidding for this work, please submit a comprehensive quote (detailing what is included and excluded as part of the quote)
