We dont want any template crap. If you are going to give us a template with file photos inserted....do not bid on this project. We need a Brochure, Tri fold brochure designed with our industry in mind. what we do is sell to Rental property owners and landlords. We have a database that they can report positive and negative information about their rental tenats to. We need a unique design that goes along with our logo that you will see in the attachemnt. Please do not pay attention to design in the attachment.....Just pay attention to the logo and the text. The only thing we want you to use from the attached file is the logo and the text. the brocure needs to go with the text and logo. It needs to be a unique design. You must marvel us with this design. we want it to be fresh and bold...but simple at the same time. We only want the best... and it must be origional!!!!!!
