Do some 3D Modelling

i'am creating two different youtube channels and what I'm doing right now is the intro what i wanna do is take some 3d after effects turn it into a real life type thing so for an example say we have a virtual apartment right? but you want to be apart of the scene so basically i want it too look like I'am apart of the scene so i want it to look as real as possible also i want to make a outro as well so what i want the intro to look like is i want the sun shining into the bedroom from the open window i want it too look like I'am in bed sleeping and the sound of the alarm clock goes off so i reach over to tap it then get up from my bedside to get ready for the day. so if you could do a lil bit of photoshoping to the scenes i would appreciate it down below i will post a video and some of the scenes i would like to use also i want to based this out of a newyork apartment like a luxury type of apartment. also as i get ready for the day so that I'm fully dress as i grab my begal and skateboard and head out the door i would like it to look like a busy city in new york as well so i would like new york to be the city. also if you could take pics of the last sign i want it too look like I'm on my skate board heading to my destination looking back smiling. the reason being is because i want that pic as my banner on one of my channels. now as far as logo goes i want it to appear at the top as soon as the intro going to end so the viewers know what there watching. also i will be posting pics of pajamas sort of like slippers and furniture and things of that nature also down at the bottom there will be a video by the name of ceej the first 3 seconds and how i would like it to start off not exactly like it but simlar to it if you know what i mean.
