Customized blog with advertising spaces.

Hi there, I created a blog on wordpress a while ago with the help of a friend. That friend also created the logo that I wanted as close as possible. Now what I need is to recreate the blog a little bit more to give it a colorful identity. My brand colors are blue and yello. One thing came up to my mind is to have a header with two stripes of yellow and blue and on the left side at the beginning of the header, the logo will be there. I also need the blog to have available spaces for advertising on the side of the page (right side). And when I use an english word among an arabic sentence, it goes at the beginning of the sentence destroying the meaning of the sentence.
