Develop a executable shell script from the given ubuntu terminal commands

I have a set of ubuntu terminal commands. I am looking for a shell script which can execute all those set of terminal commands.
The shell script should accept set of user inputs as parameters.
Then should use address resolution protocol to display IP address for a given mac address.
