Create a new FTP user

We need to create a new FTP user that only has access to one of the sites on our linux/apache server. As this is a very simple task, we will pay $10 for this. We can't give out the server details, but we can conduct a TeamViewer session so you can login to our PC and set it up. You can use both shell access and ftp root access if you need to.
