CentOS, no connection to server error

There's a magento shop at www.fringed.nl. However, for some reason a connection with the server cannot be established to load the webshop. SSH works fine though. I need someone who can take a quick look at the CENTOS 7 server and fix the problem. It might be firewall related or something wrong with the apache config. Quick release of funds, would like to have it fix today.
