AWS: Shrink EBS from 2TB to 20GB CentOS 7 with CWP (Linux expert only with experience with EBS shrinking)

It should be a few minute or few hours task depending on the data size. If it's a root volume, instance has to be stopped else the application has to be stopped accessing the volume.
