Hello, I have plenty of experience with Asterisk and I can set you up a calling card solution. A calling card customer calls a DID or access number which is directed to the Softswitch. The calling card customer is then prompted for some identification. The Softswitch will support both identification by PIN or CallerID which is called Pinless dialing. Optionally, the balance is read out, and the calling card customer is presented with secondary dial-tone, or prompted to dial the number they require. Let me know how you wish to proceed. It is opensource and is very good. It has web part and asterisk one. There is web for admin and customer. It has reports, trunk configuration, rate configuration and a lot of other things. Check their page. it is open source so you don't pay for it. The cost is for installation and configuration of it. You will get a complete solution ready to use.
