Customised call-recording page for FreePBX with possibility to add features.

We are managing a big VOIP platform, based on FreePBX (2.8.1.5). There are 200+ extensions, even more ring groups and custom destinations and queues. There are already some customized scripts to personalize how call-forwarding is working (CID scripts). This is the main reason why Custom Destinations are used. There is also an implementation with Queuemetrics. They have different departments with ~10 extensions per department and ~20+ ring groups/queues/custom destinations per department. We want to provide the customer an option to record all calls (incoming and outgoing) and the possibility to listen to these calls for coaching purpose. On FreePBX or Asterisk CLI we should be able to choose which calls (from which extensions) are being recorded. This way we can turn it on/off per extensions. The customer wants a web portal where they can login as the extension or login as administrator and see all extension's recordings. They want to filter on calls (for example duration, date, time, TO which number the call was going, FROM which number the call was coming, etc). We should be able to easily increase these options/features. There should also be an export option to export a bulk of messages to for example .wav or .mp3. Maybe some other personalisations but we can talk this through with the customer. A possibility to upload these calls to an external location (cloud storage) should also be considered.
