Hello, We are looking for a bank account for a BVI offshore company. Company is a shell, formed in 2003, with financial activities. The bank account MUST be opened in Seychelles, Panama, or Luxembourg. Winning bidder must be someone who already has excellent relations with a local bank, who can take care of the introducing steps, and who can guarantee the opening of the account. Good French level (read, spoken) is a plus.
