I would like to get a quote for creating a Joomla 1.5 template and a similar looking Zen Cart 1.3.8 template from a mockup. I only need the files that contain (X)HTML markups with necessary PHP tags to create logic for visual presentation. The main navigation on the templates consists of links to both platforms and can be updated frequently in both backends I will provide a design mockup and a CSS Left, Top and Bottom Frames layout which you can use for the base of the templates. I also have a Joomla 1.5.15 and a Zen Cart installation running on my server that is bridged by JFusion (a Joomla plugin for universal user integration).FTP access can be given for testing.
