Create CMS Website

Description Hello, I am looking for someone to re-create our website. We have an existing Site www.portodalua.com.br. But unfortunately it is all written in flash, so invisible for Google research engine. We have to re-create a new site. Main focus is that new site is Google Research engine friendly. Spec: Hotel site in Brazil Must use a CMS, preferred Joomla, where the end user is able to replace text and basic images. We require the website to be Web 2.0 integrated - we want it look great, it has to be a quick site, NO flash or any kind of animation. Content with list of main menu and submenu with all text available. Each submenu item has 5 pictures with mouse over to display on top on horizontal picture. Mock up and definition are elaborated and can be sent by mail if required for elaborating offer. Three languages: Portuguese (main language), English, German. All text Google conform, ready, nicely arranged with numeration, also pictures nicely numbered. No changes during site design. We are experienced enough and know what designer needs for straight forward job fulfillment. Site content main menu: 1. Hotel 2. Rooms 3. Restaurant 4. Booking 5. Events 6. Fotoalbum 7. Sustainability We require the installation and testing of some free components - guestbook, gallery, Google maps API, contact form and if possible, webcam should be integrated and have displaced icon on Site for viewing picture of webcam. (Webcam hard and software still to be defined for easy integration on the site). All content and pictures will be provided, nicely organised and numbered.
