Ad scraping node.js script with SMS sending integration

need an experienced node.js web programmer to create a script to run on my digitalocean vps endlessly to monitor a classified website and scrap each and every new ad and analyze the ad data. if the ad data matches my pre defined criteria, it will send me a SMS immediately with the ad data. i'm interested in car ads any car ad has few data fields. here's one example Title : Suzuki Alto 800 2014 advertiser name : Priyanka published date and time : 24 Mar 2:00 pm Location : Boralasgamuwa,Colombo Brand : Suzuki Model year : 2014 Condition : Used Transmission : Manual Model : Alto 800 Body type : Hatchback Fuel type: Petrol Engine capacity : 800 cc Mileage : 39,950 km Phone number : 0714571881 Price : Rs. 1,775,000 scraped ad has to be analyzed according to my criteria criteria is i have defined some keywords and if those keyword is to be found in the new ad title and/or the model. these keywords represent the car model. ex- "allion","premio","corolla","axio","141","121","240","260","aqua","vios","vitz","prius","alto" (above example ad matches the criteria because "alto" is in the title) then there's a reference price list. price of the advertisement car has to be compared with the reference price of mylist for the car of same brand, same model and same year. Then, if the ad price is below my reference price (which means the car is cheap) the script will send me a SMS to my phone right away instantly with these data (via Plivio) Title Price Location Model Year Engine Capacity Mileage Phone number Ad link this reference price list should be editable via a UI which is kinked to my domain name. this is how it should look like [login to view URL] ad scrapping is a bit tricky. there are 3 types of ads. New ads, Bumped ads and Top ads. Latter 2 types are paid ones. they are not new ones but old. i only need each and every ad which published like just few seconds ago. (each and every ad should be analyzed within few seconds after they were published - no room for miss even 1 ad) installation should be done with a github repository or better with a docker container *this was a completed project a year ago and the ad site changed their structure then the app became dysfunctional - have to code from the beginning* Maximum Project Value is at 50$ All testings should be done in freelancers server(vps) and after the initial success, first milestone will be given and then should run in my server and freelancers server in parallel to do all bug fixings for a week ~~Please bid on this project only if you are capable to undertake this task~~ ~~No time wasters Please~~ thank you
