Build a Chrome plugin that parses Facebook & Twitter for repuation

I am looking for someone to develop a Chrome browser plugin that works for users visiting Facebook and Twitter, that will be used to rank the intellectual debate level of users. Plugin settings: User chooses between image (7 colour pyramid) or score (number) for each user, known as USER_SCORE. USER SCORE User has ability to block posts/comments from any user score below a certain score/colour, as long as they have at least n (user set) amount of votes on their score (with the exception of people with 0 score yet, they are always visible) When on Facebook or Twitter: User sees USER_SCORE for every friend, based on average from the database. Defaults to 0/grey pyramid. For every friend, if you click on USER_SCORE you will be given the option to vote on a score for that post/comment. (by clicking the specific section in the pyramid – the database will remember this score). User also sees USER_SCORE for every comment or post they make, but can not vote on it – but they can request a moderator to review it – which sends an email to me to approve/remove. The data will be stored in a MariaDB (SQL) database. The code should be clean, with comments.
