d3.js and neo4j interface setup

I have a project which stores nodes and links in a neo4j database (graffeine), with a clunky web interface, and a second, nicer interface (both are d3.js).

I would like to apply the nicer interface ([url removed, login to view]) to the graffeine connector([url removed, login to view]), so it works with persistance on the neo4j database, and the inbuilt editor allows you to edit the html content of each node.

I would also like to generally tidy up the code, it's quite messy at the moment.

The repository is here:

[url removed, login to view]

auto connect on page load

auto update when nodes added/changed by others

hide connect button

disable/hide update/replace button

make updates automatic when text is changed

hide update button

drag nodelet to blank space to add a node under the nodelet x,y, linked to the
origin node and with the same content as origin node

hide add button

hide duplicate button

change node content to html

zoom each node to show all html

no script in nodehtml - remove scripts if they are added

single wysiwyg editor (http://www.aloha-editor.org/) under infoburp bar

infoburp bar drops to bottom when no node is selected

infoburp bar pops up when node is selected, showing editor with nodehtml inside

move link add dialog box into under infoburp bar (pop up)

cleanup all code

**the nicer interface is now at http://54.80.139.210:8004/demointerface/
