I am looking for someone who can take a website design that I have as a PDF and convert it to a series of HTML and CSS based template pages. I will be constructing the final website myself, I need the winning bidder to provide clean and easily maintainable HTML and CSS. The finished result needs to conform to W3C standards and needs to work in all major browsers. An annotated PDF is attached. I also have a number of images and logos that I can provide, however I will be replacing the template images when I construct the final website. There are some elements that will require some simple JavaScript to be written, however I am not expecting any functionality such as searching or contact us forms to be delivered. If you have any questions, please just ask.
