Convert Big Commerce template to Emu Art website

I currently have a live website but I've been told by SEO company that it doesn't look trustworthy enough and I should change it, using a Big Commerce template ([login to view URL]). I would like to customise their template to reflect my business (art for kids' rooms). I've tried, and I could get it up and running however there are areas when I'm frustrated beyond belief, and need help!
