Calculator for site

PLEASE DO NOT SEND A GENERIC RESPONSE. ONLY RESPONSES WHICH ADDRESS THE REQUIRMENTS IN DETAIL WILL BE CONSIDERED. I need to create an online calculator for use in our existing content management systems as either a script or iframe that can be inserted to existing content sections or as its own page. The selected method for integration needs to be simple as it will need to be entered through the front end of a WSIWIG cms where there are controls on the type of code that can be entered. An initial test may need to be done to ensure the chosen method for development will work on our system (This is very important and we will not pay the work if we cannot make it work with our cms) The calculator will work as follows: The visitor to the site would select from a choice of three calculation options. Option 1 – Deficit Option 2 – Programmed Option 3 – Enhance The option selected would form the basis of the tables the calculator uses to perform the calculation. Once the option (table) has been selected the user will select from a drop down one of the following rate categories: Rate Categories 1 – Residential Urban Rate Categories 2 – Residential Non-urban Rate Categories 3 – Farmland High Intensity Rate Categories 4 – Farmland Low Intensity Rate Categories 5 – Business Ordinary Underneath the rate category will be a form field which the visitor enters their land value. The user then presses ‘submit’ or ‘next’ which executes the calculation and returns the results We may like to place the calculator as its own page or maybe on the left or right sidebar. If we place it on the sidebar we would want the results to open in a lightbox without leaving the page. The results would need to be able to be updated without realoading or refreshing the page. For example from option 1 to option 2 without needing to re-enter their calculator options. The results should be displayed within the page using ajax or jquery to quickly calculate the results (or other method if advisable) For full details on the calculations and results that need to be displayed please refer the attached spread sheet which has three tabs (calculation options) which contain the relevant formulas and data.
