CSS / JAVASCRIPT IMAGE GALLERY

Hello. I am seeking the work of a professional who can develop a image gallery exactly like the one shown in the link below. The link is to an ebay item, I need an image gallery exactly like this. I have lot's of CSS experience but no javascript knowledge. This job needs to be completed fairly quickly, so I'm happy to pay a lump sum for the right help. Please do not offer to take this job unless you are supremely confident you can develop an image gallery like this, where clients can upload their own images via entering a URL.
