create mobile friendly css from PSDs

Hello and thanks for viewing my project. I'm looking for a css expert to create a mobile friendly website for our software. I only need the CSS with applicable jquery and javascript scripts to make it work. We will insert all functions and connect it to the data from our site. I have also sliced most of the graphics you will need for this project. PSDs will be included incase I missed something. This mobile site must!! : 1) be compatible with both android and iphone 2) CSS must be clean and free of errors 3) HTML needs to be validated and free of errors 4) Final product needs to look exactly like the PSDs 5) Page width needs to be dynamic so it fits different resolution phones Advanced Features: 1) Sidebar slides in from left when you click the menu button. Similar to a lot of apps like facebook. 2) Sliders on search page need to live update the search text next to them and above 3) "Get More info" and "Send to a friend" forms need to redirect back to the previous page after they are filled out and submitted.
