Create & Integrate "Availabilty/ Booking Calendar" into admin panel

I currently have 2 photography websites, (based on identical script) which I want to add a "Availability/ booking" feature. Script will need to accomplish the following: 1. work with existing member database to allow members to select a booking date/time when ordering services 2. verify no conflicts with other booking dates/times, before confirmation to member of booking. 3. once booked, add "Booked" to Availability Calendar....which will also need to be created and shown on navigation menu. 4. send confirmation email to customer immediately after booking, and reminder email 2 days prior to booking date. 5. create menu in existing admin control panel, which shows and allows me to: add/edit/delete booking dates/times, edit reminder email message, change email reminder time..(2 days), create "resend confirmation" button. 6. will need script to hide "booked" from calendar after date has passed (customer view only). will need to keep this information in admin side for review, will also need to create "Clear Past" button, which will then clear booking information from admin side (I will send mock screenshots of changes, once provider is selected) In addition to the above, change wording throughout sites from "Products" to "Services" Bids closer to $165, will be considered with more favor.
