Coding for Transaction Query Website based on Django

We have a web based - Transaction Query website allowing our clients to search and query their transactions and retrieve any details such as download raw data. This website has been developed using the Django Framework, Java Script, HTML, CSS and a PostgresSQL database which holds the transactions. All logical programming has been completed. Now we are looking for a talented Webprogrammer with design skills who can improve the User Interface. Amend the CSS without impacting the functionality of the site. This would require JAVA script , Design, and CSS skills. We are looking for a fresh input and design suggestions based on the website - we will provide access to the website, as well as HTML and CSS sources. Tasks : Initial assessment and improvement for - login page, transaction page, preferences page Over Style proposal needs to be in line with our corporate website Modification of HTML and CSS for login page, transaction page, profiles and preferences. There will be a follow on project to develop graphical reports from the data to provide some kind of BI. (is not part of the initial scope but experience in such a project would be and advantage)
