Currency converter on website

My clients website is an estate agency www.chasemoreproperty.com. On the properties, there is a house price. I need to have a drop down box where you can select the currency and all the prices are converted to that currency. This currency is then stored as a cookie on that persons computer. They can change the currency as often as they like and the cookie is changed.
The website is written in Coldfusion programming language. I am a Coldfusion programmer, so what I need is a script to basically pass in the currency, that collects live currency exchange information that I can then use with my Coldfusion code. The exchange rate and the currency need to be passed back to the page the URL and I can then handle the rest myself.
No time wasters please.
Budget is extremely small for this. Quick job for someone who has done this before.

You need to use a live XML feed such as www.ecb.int/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml for this. The website is written in Coldfusion, so whoever takes this on, needs to consider this.
