Custom Development in Salesforce using APEX and Visualforce

I need a salesforce developer who can work on my following requirements

1) I already have a visual force home page, in that i have an object called "Data Asset" which has information about a dataset. on the home page i want to be able to see the recently added data assets.

2) I want to be able to see the top trending data asset. the criteria for this is that total number of views for any data asset. the higher the number of views should be shown first.

3) When i open a detailed page of any Data asset record and i click on edit i will be able to edit the details and when i click on submit it should for an automatic approval process instead of updating the records directly.

4) I want to remove side bar and header from all standard salesforce pages and replace it with a custom navigation header.

5) i want to store license time period for a data asset so that when the expiry date comes the system admin should be alerted about it.

i also want unit test cases to be written where ever necessary. would appreciate if the freelancer is from [url removed, login to view] free to ping for more more clarification in case you are interested in working on the project.
