I want a DICOM Player to be developed for MAC OS. It can be developed either in Java or Objective C with Cocoa framework. The player will have following features: 1. Read all type of DICOM images from the hard disk, CD and play them in viewer. 2. Play DICOM Images in series. 3. Option to set & play frames. 4. Option to resize player window. 5. Facility to export DICOM images to JPEG & AVI file format. 6. It should be plug and play application. It means it should not require any pre-installation or softwares on the computer where I run it. It should work on any MAC computer without any installations. The DICOM player should be developed with open source / free third part controls for commercial use.

Dear, I have gone through your requirements. I have experience in Java with Image Processing methods over three years. I can able to develop a DICOM manager software using Java and other open source libraries. But now a days Java with Cocoa framework is deprecated. If you consider to build the software using only Java, I can definitely able to deliver your requirements. Thanks.
