Create a server based Android App

=============================READ FULL DESCRIPTION OR I WON'T ACCEPT THE BIDS ==================================== Hi Free lancers we want to create an Android app which links back to C sharp or a java-based server which sends data to an app. the app should have a constant connection to the server in order for us to send and receive data from the app and this should never ever disconnectthe connection, It should be able to connect back automatically in case of connection loss. the app has to connect back to the server and send and receive text data . we need to send some addresses to the app via server which then can be displayed on a map and then you should also allows users to navigate with a built in navigation apps. this app should also send its location every few seconds back to the server. initially we want to design this app for all the general Android devices like tablets and phones. the app has to send this location Back to the server every few seconds. remember the operation has to be very quick and app should be able to sync to the server and get the data and display it in less than a second. remember you have to write a application for desktop computer as well which would act like a server and will connect to the mobile app. I think these are the most important details I need to provide for this project and when you bid for it make sure you're capable of doing it once you bid for it.
