Android customizable widget

I want to create a widget app that can be customizable. For this there will be 6 different types of widgets, for example, the screen has 4 rows and 4 columns. Like I said there will be 1x1, 2x1,4x1,2x2,4x2,4x4. How to access the widgets: long press the screen and in the widget folder there will be only one name, for example Razvan's Widgets. When u press Razvan’s Widgets, will send u to the app were u can create your widget. The first screen will be a splash screen with the logo. The second one will be were u can choose what type of widget you want: 1x1, 2x1,4x1,2x2,4x2,4x4. By choosing 4x4 widget u can select how the weather info is displayed, choose from 5 different background, and 10 different color backgrounds, 10 different clocks with 10 different colors for every clocks, u can choose what info is displayed in the sidebar of this widget. For example power controls or 4 day forecast. By choosing the forecast u are done, but if you chose power controls, there will be 18 different controls, like: wifi, flashlight, mobile data, and brightness. The most used default controls. 4x4 widget is the most complex widget. The rest of them use only some part of this widget, so by making this one the rest will be simple. There will be a settings button where u can select the default settings, like Temperature, refresh, add city, geocode etc. In the app u can add more that one city, that can be displayed, but only if u swipe up on the weathers widget I will provide all the graphics for this. This will be for android 2.1 and up so it must work on 3.2 screens up to 4.7 inch. But there are some bigger phones like Samsung Note and Dell 5 that have 5.5 and 5 inch. I will help with the cutting of the design so I will be implicated from start to the end. The app will have 2 versions. The free version will have only 20% of the features, and the full version.
