Connect to database using Java Jsp

This is really easy for an experienced java web programmer. I have several jsp applcaitons that connected to Mysql db. They were working but stopped. Now I get a connection to database error. Like below "[login to view URL]: Invalid authorization specification, message from server: "Access denied for user 'morepr2'at'localhost' (using password: YES)" Could it be that my webhost updated drivers or something? I need you to get these db connections working again. Also, is there a way to find out what users have permissions on the database and the associated passwords?
