Commission Sales Rep

Looking to hire commission-based sales rep. Accept in-person salespeople who go to brick and mortar stores, telecom, or online sales. Your equation of success is up to you, as you will be paid based on commission of sales closed and paid. Looking to secure multiple regular, monthly retail customers purchasing product at a wholesale level (quantity, recurring business). The pay is not a flat fee; rather the "compensation" suggested in this post is the minimum I would like to pay a sales rep, but this is dependent upon your sales success. Your rate will start at 10% commission and increase based on proven success over time.
