Bring traffic to our penny auction site

Hi Freelancers! Our company owns an online penny auction. The site is running from 3 months so far. We need to increase it as much as we can. We are looking for about 5k-10k unique targeted visitors a day to start. Any ways of bringing traffic is welcome as long as it's quality targeted traffic. (US and Canada) We would pay about $10 to start for every 1k unique visits. depending on sales you can have good bonuses. Looking for very professional worker with a lot of good feedback. If you don't have good feedbacks, please do not bid. The chosen candidate will be the only one responsible for traffic so he will be paid accordingly to quantcast analytic. (google analytics will be used) Banners and material needed will be provided by us Payments will be on a weekly basis. No money upfront.
