Bulk email blaster

I am looking for someone to send bulk emails for me. I need someone who has their own emailing system/setup, has a good inbox ratio and can begin sending right away. I will supply you with a subject, html creative with unsubscribe link. I need anywhere from 100-200 clicks a day and I will pay on a per click basis. You will not be paid for clicks that dont have an email refering url.
