Design an outdoor cafe (under a metal shed)

I own a shop and would like some ideas on how to build an outside takeaway cafe in a space 4m x 15m. The space is sheltered (pictures attached).
As you can see, there is a very high chain link fence (4 metres) on the right hand side and a white concrete wall on the left side. I have an office inside (white building).....in front of the office is astroturf which I'd like to keep there.
In terms of plumbing and electrical, all this runs on the white concrete wall side. Sewage will run out to the street away from the office.
I'd like a takeaway bar (coffee machine, bar fridge, counter), and perhaps no more than a few seats for people if they'd like to sit down. Its not a sit-down eatery.
In addition, the roof of the space is like a metal shed. You might be able to see it in the pictures. Insofar as lighting, there are 2 fluorescent lights which I would like to remove and change with something else.
The overall theme of the shop is much like an outdoor garden (Grass, plants, timber, metals) etc....bear in mind that it gets very hot and humid inside the space and I will require some form of ventilation (very large fan).
