One of my favorite techniques is to create a manual pen & ink drawing and then scan it in at 1600 pip. I clean it up in photoshop and either run it through illustrator's trace software or send it to Vector Magic and their auto trace. I then colorize it in illustrator. Labor intensive to be sure but I've gotten some great results. letmeknow

Strong skill with Adobe Illustrator and to working fast obtained during my education. I studied graphic design to college (diploma in advertising and graphic design) and to university (master degree in advertising and graphic design). I'm a freelance illustrator and often i need to draw out my sketches from Photoshop and finalize them with Illustrator. I put 7 days for in the suggested timing gap because i don't know how many sketches you need, but you can contact me to tell me the number of them. I'm keep waiting for your news.
