Animation Flip Book Creator needed

I posted an ad recently but I think that I was not as clear regardiing my request. I am looking for someone who creates simple stick figure flip books similar to the one in this link ([login to view URL]). It will be used for a commercial but we just need the seperate images in order in order for us to do the actual final animation. Also each animation must be small and clear enough to fit into a 1.25" circle. Also all images (150 needed) would have to be put on a sheet with all the images lined up (and numbered) in order for us to print and cut it in the order that it would be if flipped. Attached is a sample of the layout we want from the first clip to the last clip. We want it to look sketchy and a little unfinished and you must have some experience in sketching and motion. Also I want this to be a short love story so I want to provide you with the concept and you put it in pictures. This would be great for a beginner and there is room for more similar work. I would need the sket in 7-10 calendar days. Attached is the final layout I would need. Also if you have done a flipbook like the one in the link below please supply a sample. Thank you.
