Children storybook characters

The job is to create four storybook characters: a frog, a tree pixie (including tree), a 4-year old boy and a 4-year old girl. The winning bidder will receive storylines and be expected to produce pencil sketches plus at least one coloured sample for each character. The job will be assigned to the best artist who can provide the most value so please keep this in mind when you make your bid. Approved characters/artists may be invited to illustrate whole books. I’ll need the winning bidder to sign a contract assigning the full, exclusive and worldwide rights to me.
