Bypass Disabled Product Page To Let Me Checkout

I want to checkout an item that currently has a countdown page. I can delete the countdown page through inspect element and click the add to basket button. After I do this it says the item is in my cart but if I go to my cart it hasn't actually been added. I need the item in my cart so I can checkout. I dont have backend or admin access to the site which is why I need help.
