I have an application that needs to have an updated design applied to it. The html can not be edited so the design needs to be applied using css. I will provide the design and the html, I need the css developed as a deliverable. I need it to be precisely as designed. I need the developer to be able to look at the design provided and check their work they are submitting back. If the developer is unclear on anything, they need to communicate this to me. I will help when I can and be as precise in my description as possible. Please review the design and html before bidding. If the UI developer can do a good job, I have many more forms that need completing.
