Changes to Bootstrap Theme

I have an existing theme installed that I have a list of changes for. These changes for the most part are cosmetic but will also require the installation of sign up and sign in forms with social network integration and the addition of some pages to relocate the existing blog on the template and add pages for terms and conditions etc. We'll also need instruction on how best to add new blog posts and so on.
I will provide more info to contractors of interest. You must have previous experience with Bootstrap and Digital Ocean hosting. This needs a quick turnaround so I will be more interested in contractors who can complete this very quickly.
