Code One page website (repost didnt find a match)

I am looking for someone to code a one page website using my guiding and layout. I'll provide guiding, layout, images cut down as necessary, fonts.
The site is in Portuguese however language knowledge is not necessary.
The website has to be fully functional on all major browsers, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer are essential.
Some parts of the site will have very simple integrated javascripts, that is, a sliding main banner, daily menu with 2 meals, and a sliding menu for drinks. Its important that the "buy button" is updated every time the drink image slides over to the next option!!

Its very important that the final website is aligned as made on layout and looks professional.
Please let me know what you're most proficient in while coding websites and whether you had similar projects in the past, especially if you have ever made online shops, keep in mind I am not asking for an online shop! Just the site coded.
