Japanese anime style is my specialty, as you can see from my portfolio. I have drawn hundreds of manga pages on my own for many years; I am certain that I can deliver a very high-quality mascot that fits your description. I plan on producing a cute chibi anthropomorphic bunny for you, with a friendly smile, wearing a mixture of school attire and techno clothes (like the kind worn on Hatsune Miku). I believe this should be appealing to young adult girls in Tokyo. Given the budget, I will be able to produce 2 full-body images with different poses each. Milestones: 1) A quick pencil sketch to get the desired style right, and meet your expectations. 2) Once compensated from the sketch, I will complete the 2 full-body mascot images in full colour.
