Design a web-comic concept involving animals.

I am looking for a freelancer artist who have a good experience in comics art. I will be providing the story and alignments of artwork . The rights to the content will be acquired by me but full credit will be given to the artist. I am interested in creating a comic series initially , 12 episodes of 25 pages each ie 300 pages , and animated series in near future depending on the response to the series. I would prefer Anime and Manga style, though its not mandatory. Please provide work samples.
