Design app for Approve / Reject candidates

It's an app for Android Tablet devices for internal use about people who want to do a question to a person that is giving a conference. There are two profile types, the person who load data, and the moderator who approved or not the candidates for participate in a conference. So, the person who load the data, ask for National ID and gender to the people that wanna join, and if he/she exits in the database, the name / lastname will be prepopulated, if not, it will be needed to entering manually, after that (or could be in the same screen) the category and the question will be requested. The moderator will receive the list of people that wanna join, and he will select which ones are going to talk and in which order. He also, can select the ones that are not going to talk, and also some people that are banned for asking (the app will remember those). Also the moderator will decide when to stop the data loading, so the non-moderators cannot continue loading other people. The app will be built with Ionic ([login to view URL]) so the design will need to be supported by this framework. The action of selecting people to talk, or rejecting them or banning them should be done by moving the item list to the right or left. Note: The app won't have any picture about the people.
