Design a Website Mockup

I need a mockup for new homepage design. The design must have: 1. Create a solid first impression. 2. Provide a clear focus as to what the website is about. 3. Establish credibility. 4. Give users easy access as to *where to go*. 5. Encourage users to want to dive deeper into the website. Statistics show/prove that you have only ONE SECOND to make your impression, otherwise.......POOF........they are gone. No first time freelancers. I am not here to hold you and hand and tell you what to do, or what I am exactly looking for. I am looking for established website designers who: 1. Take pride in their work. 2. Are comfortable calling me crazy about an idea I may have ( you have to be able back that up with examples.....no name calling ). 3. Know how an ecommerce website in the clothing/fashion industry functions/operates. Keep in mind, this is a small time company website and not Armani. Glitz and glamour will mean nothing, my customers want to feel comfortable with my website. 4. This is very important. DO NOT put out some random bid with the idea of that random number "holding your place" and then trying to jack your price later. I will report you. 5. Must be able to communicate in English and not just pass the project on to someone else who cannot. 6. Must use the word *superman* in the body of email if you wish to be considered for this work. Not having that word will tell me you did not read the requirements and are just throwing out some random number. 7. Must have examples of YOUR WORK and NOT someone else's. I have been doing this a LONG time and believe me..........I check! 8. Bonus Points: For knowing how women think and shop, after all this is a women's clothing website. 9. Be sincere in your bids because I do know what this job is worth and what I am willing to pay. Provide all information from mockup needed to put out to bid for someone to be able to implement in my Magento admin. Must provide EVERYTHING used: fonts, colors, style, size, dimensions.....whatever......everything. A previous freelancer blew this project for everyone because I originally had it posted as an entire project, but they decided to do it their way and did it exactly how I told everyone NOT TO DO IT. So, I now have to piece meal it all out. DO NOT INCLUDE IN YOUR BID ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WORK LISTED BELOW, THIS WAS ALL IN THE ORIGINAL JOB POSTED: 1. Inside page design and rework. 2. ALL the coding, CSS, PHP, HTML 3. Broken links that needed fixing 4. A link opening up to a magazine page. 4. Optimizing of speed for Magento 5. Upgrading to latest version of Magento 6. Increasing sizes of all images 7. Making sure that the website is working as seamlessly as it is now.....responsive design, all pages work, no 404's, no crazy redirects. 8. Check out still works properly like it does now.
