I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Graphic Design, Photoshop, Photoshop Design for T-Shirts and embroidered hat. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $30 - $50 USD, if the job is done exceptionally well then I can pay $75, but that would mean some sort of background image or very cool custom text design. I will provide the logo, and the text "xtractopotamus" needs to be incorporated. The tshirt will be black. Also the hat will be black. Tshirts will get screen printed in china and hip hop style snapback hats will get embroidered in china.
