Design a Powerpoint template for a seminar

I am looking for my existing power point presentation (which will be given to you at the start of this project) to be modified to a high level of presentation. See example of video of standard of powerpoint design i wish to be obtained.

Please note that existing slideshow is 33 slides long
The scope of the project will be for you to be able to take the existing presentation content and place it in a new presentation. It needs to be ultra professional in its design ie use of specific vector logos with minimal text to be used as speaking point.
You will note that the existing power point presentation is very text based with existing speaker notes. I wish for the non-essential text in the existing slides to be placed into the speaker note along with the existing speaker notes that are in place.
I will give you an example of minimal text to new icon.
Few important points-
• The key to this presentation is consistency, ie a consistent use of vectors of the same type. I prefer to see a light coloured vector being used with a neat and professional transition/movement
• The presentation layout must be fluid and dynamic- in each slide each vector must be dynamic in terms of its appearance in other words that it doesnt just appear, rather that it "generates" in a dynamic fashion
• Modifications- 30% of the project payment will be held for modifications-please be conscious of this in your tendering for your price of this. See below each of the following INDIVIDUALLY SEPARATE modifications list please consider this when tendering for this price.
o The scope allows for 2 separate overall template changes (ie main colour and overall layout) please consider this when tendering for this price.
o This scope of project for the winning bidder allows for 5 large modifications (a full change to 3 slides is considered one modification, so this allows up to 15 full slide changes) please consider this when tendering for this price.
o This scope also allows for 10 minor modifications (minor modification being a change to a single vector movement/text item on a slide) Please note that a minor modification is separate to a major modification.
o While the video example of powerpoint (via youtube link) is the main level of presentation please note
• I am a fan of the Prezi type of fluidity in its presentations, and while this must be a powerpoint presentation i wish for you to consider the type of fluid transitions as seen in prezi- again this is is only a suggestion to show how dynamic i wish the presentation to be.
• I must also receive a confirmation email from you directly with the finished document attached stating that the full ownership of this powerpoint and all of its designs (from first draft to final draft) are fully owned and under the copyright of me and my company.
