Many people know of the computer based game Minecraft. It's a multiplayer game, where players are forced to either host or join servers to play with friends. The game has no dedicated servers, and so each server is as unique as the owner makes it (: I'm looking to create a banner that I'll be able to use for my server to advertise it, as well as use it on my very own website. I want it to be flashy, non-animated, with maybe 3D Design. I run an RPG server that's Medieval style, that has custom boss fights as well as custom coded scripts. In a competition with many other big servers, I need a flashy banner that will attract other players to at least look at my server and give it a chance. (: Now this is not a banner that's shown on regular Minecraft servers to give a flashy introduction on many advertising websites, though rather a banner that will be used on forums/My very own website. I would love to take a stab at designing a banner for you. Here's what I would do: Play on your server to get a feel for it Choose an an area of one of the worlds in your server that might serve as a great background (let me know if you have one in mind) Pick several NPCs or players or items to add to the foreground Add the name of the server I'd like to create this with a 3 dimensional feel like the example your provided.
