Design an App for a Game

Type of App: Game Theme: Bingo Cruising Ocean with several smaller islands where each island represents a level. Islands need to be unlocked by winning an X amount of bingo’s in the lower level. In order to make it more interesting, they can choose from 3 bingo cards, but 1 will be to purchase (small fee like 10 cents). A Purchased card would give 1 additional free number. (Bigger chance to win) The free version would limit to only the bottom X islands. Through would still have the above option available. Winning X amount of times would give 1 time entry in to a paid level (1 island up). Further games in the paid island would need to either be earned again, or purchased. Bingo game would play up to 75 numbers, and the higher up in the islands the more difficult to make the bingo. Going from simple straight line to complicated figures. Only 40 numbers will be called, and within this a winner has to call the bingo. If no winner, all lose and a new round starts. The most top island, is to be to win a Free Bingo Cruise, but this is to be grayed out, until further notice. It’s simply there in the beginning for marketing purpose, once ready it will be made available and it will be made a countdown event with limited signups. Access to higher islands can in general be purchased for a small fee. The higher in the paid islands, once made available or opened by purchase, there will be a buying fee. (Again a nominal fee, starting with 10ct per player in the lower pools up to $1 for the higher islands) 20 players in a pool, winnings to be 50% of the total buy-in fee for the game. (Pool can be increased if that makes it more interesting, but I would have a small pool in the beginning) Once 12 players are assigned the remaining can be filled with bots, but games to start at regular intervals.
